Elatech EFT system is offered in zinc coated or stainless steel teeth with either embedded tooth or total tooth design.
The application of profiles in different materials from the belt body (steel, polyamide, POM, wood, etc.) and in virtually any dimension is possible. The belt tooth is replaced by a false tooth in stainless steel.
Available in galvanized or stainless steel for applications in the pharmaceutical machines or humid and aggressive environments. The EFT system allows the application of very high loads (higher than those applied when using traditional cleats).
Main advantages:
- Self-centering: EFT-cleats positioning accuracy is greater than the value obtained through the use of traditional welded cleats.
- Economic: it allows to replaceement of a single element instead of the entire belt and to reduce downtime of the machine.
- Versatile: it allows the application of cleats in virtually any material and size.
EFT belts are available with the profiles AT10, ATK10, AT20, XH and H, in two executions:
- Total Tooth Design: the polyurethane tooth is entirely replaced by a steel tooth;
- Embedded Tooth Design: it prevents metal to metal contact and reduces noise.
